The first house looks really cool, must be old people who own it. More than likely, the new owners will replace the fans, unless if they know the value of a Casablanca. My parents looked at a house with a Casablanca Delta II in every room. Even the laundry room!

;D Every week on my 2 hour trip to Newport, Rhode Island I stop at a rest area with 3 Delta IIs. 5 blades with about a 6 foot downrod (literally). The funny thing is; either the outside 2 or inside 1 are on at a time, or all are off. I've only seen all 3 on simultaneously once 2 weeks ago. ;D ;D

In the house my uncle from St. Louis (not the one with all the Casablancas) recently purchased, it came standard with 2 Hunter coastal breezes. in the kitchen was a 44" AB w/a 4-arm kight kit, and in one of the bedrooms upstairs was a white/brass 52" with a 4-arm light. However, he does have an AB California Zephyr w/ an odd 3-arm light kit to hang in his new house...probably in the master bedroom or greatroom, since surprisingly, neither of those rooms have any fans in them. He and I looked at Home Depot last summer during my visit and I told him to consider their AB Low Profile Plus. Here are some pics of my uncle's house and the fans that came with it. Note: the 44" looks very similar to mine...but it's AB with a different light.

this house isnt for sale, but at my aunt-uncles house (which is a refurbished 1800s home) there are 3-4 casa victorians which all have 5 light kits. They're intellitouch and one fixture has been replaced with a cheap builder fixture because my aunt is retarded and tried to do a "do it yourself" job on the fan, destroying the original. There are also a pair of white lady deltas in the laundry room.
