I was at my Grandfathers new house over the weekend. He just bought it.
In the living room of his house is a very nicely taken care of Hunter. It looks to be mid to late 90's. Maybe even early 00's.
I know I have seen a very familiar Hunter like that before.. Many times With a more plain looking faceplate than this one.
IT is 52", PB, 4-blades, pretzel brackets. Super quiet, very nicely taken care of, or so it looks.

Most likely the Hunter Embassy from the late 80s.

I'm pretty sure they were. Either that, or it was an Original copy and not made by Hunter.

I don't have a picture sorry, all I had was my phone and it was too dark to take a picture, and too many people to stop and take a picture of it.
It's a very nice fan though.. Never ever have I seen one like it before.

Take one next time. The Bayport did have brackets similar to Pretzel brackets. Beside the Originals the Bayport is my favorite today's Hunter. Its 4 bladed and classic looking! But like a lot of fans they quickly discontinued the PB version. Actually PB Bayport are extremely rare. I think they have only been made in PB between 2002-2004 or maybe 2005. A lot more current fans have been made in PB, we don't know them because they have made for very SHORT. Dan did you ever noticed that the brackets on the Bayport are very similar to the brackets use on NuTone Haciendas?

Yeah those brackets are pretty popular since 2002 among most traditional and transitional Hunter fans. The Beaconhill is basically the same as a Bayport but with 5 blades and an included light kit.
