Oh my God these are really cool! I see Evergos and Emersons. I wish you had a scanner. The first pic came out fuzzy and I cant see the fans, can you try again? i planning on trying again either way,but no scanner, for now i just play with my camera just to get a clear pic on those 2 fans(the fuzzy one).. i don't have a scanner, but my parents do,i try to go over there and scan them.. or i can ask my friend john(he MIGHT have a scanner)... i didn't know wards sell emersons (those 1895),i was surprised when i saw it.

They mainly sold SMCs and Evergos.
I'd love scans or anything where I could read the text.
Thanks, Jeremy!

WOW! I love mid 80s fans! I toughed the 1895 Series used the generic ball socket canopy by 1985. Also they seems to still have the lasko style brackets. Maybe that's an older picture. I can't see the prices, how much a 1895 Series cosed back then? Weird. There a black hugger. And with cane! The first one is a Evergo. Notice the canopy. Of course a Spring-Summer catalog would have much more fans. Thanks for posting.

Those are good deals, other places cost more. Menards was cheaper though.
Jean we can tell it's an Evergo, but not what model until he posted the clearer picture.

A very good number of them, including the 6-blade fans with odd brackets, are Broan. Perrey asked me to correct this: The six blade hugger fans from the JCPenney catalog scan are NOT Broan. These are all King of Fans.

I remember the ornate Evergo and the black hugger with solid white insert blades.
Can you scan in the text from these fans too so we can see the features?
One other note, the 1895's look like the "old-style" models that Pierce and I own. This catalog is a Fall 1985, but the 1895 in my grandmother's house was also installed in the fall of 1985 as soon as my grandparents moved in. Could it be that they altered the styling a little bit for Montgomery Ward, with the more Lasko-looking brackets, square blades (on the AB model), and what not?
