Where can I get a kit for a Fasco Model 452?

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I believe that what I need is called a glass holder kit, for a different fan it is shown here:

The sticker on the broken part that I have calls it a "Fan accessory lighting kit - Model FLK-102."

Just a basic 4" light fitter? One purchased anywhere should fit, including the one you linked.

You are 100% correct - someone at a hardware store told us we needed a fan-specific model, but I just installed a general one and everything fit and worked great. Thanks for the help.

Naw because they didnt sell the "fan specific" one. Had they been trying to make money they would have shoved any fitter they could find at you.
