I have a working vintage Westinghouse ceiling fan from an old hotel that was built in the early 1900's. The model number is 802627 and has a 2 letter serial number and no numbers. It's iron and weighs about 30 pounds. It has a light attachmnet. Can anybody give me more info about it's true age and about how much it's worth? Thanks. [/img] Pics are on community.webshots.com/user/dlbenson9351 under album A little bit - Places and Planes I haven't been able to attach a pic to this note. Why? Beats me.

Yes, I must agree with Sean. The Antique Fancollectors Association is a better place for information on antique ceiling fans. Althgough, this site isn't too bad either.

I dont know model numbers but if you post a picture we should be able to get you some info on it. Otherwise the fancollectors board, previously mentioned, is a good place for info on pre-WWII ceiling fans.
