Pierce seems to think this is a TOC, and I'm inclined to agree, however I've never seen this version before. It has the newer (Crest) motor housing and brackets, but the small switch housing and the rounded Emerson switch cap:

The most confusing thing about it, is that it seemed to have 5 blades.
I know Lasko made a 5 bladed TOC knockoff in the late 80s.

It wasnt a knockoff, it was a TOC. It had 5 blades and cane, there's one on ToViewFans. But it didnt look like this fan.

That's a cool picture. Yeah, looks like a TOC to me; definitely a timeless ceiling fan. They had a 4-blade version of that at my Habitat re-store recently.
