Hello - I'm new to this forum, but an old fan enthusiast. I'm the pastor of a small church in northeast Kansas, and the cleaners stuck the handle of a mop into the ceiling fan and broke one of the brackets. I am having a terrible time trying to find a replacement.
It's one of four fans that were donated in the early 1990s - the brand name is Bahama (not Tommy Bahama, but a cheaper brand, probably from 1990). These are matching 52" six-blade fans. I would be happy to post pictures if they would help - I've seen other fans about the same age with the same blades - some have a similar bottom plate to a fernleaf Emerson and lots of ornamentation on the motor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Bahama was the brand name carried by Payless Cashways, a now-defunct hardware chain. I seem to recall that PC sold Homesteads for a very short time; perhaps your Bahamas are relabeled Homesteads, or a knockoff? If so, someone on here should have some extra Homestead brackets.
Pictures would help a ton, in any regard. Welcome to the site, and hope you enjoy your stay!

Thank you for your reply and your help! I will take some pictures and post them tomorrow. I assumed they were defunct, as I couldn't find their brand listed anywhere.
Thanks again!

Bamaha made some Homestead knockoffs. I doubt replacement brackets are available, you can always try generic replacement sets and see if you can make them work. You can also try www.ceilingfanparts.com or www.efanparts.com but particularly the latter will be expensive. Pictures will help.

Easiest thing to do would be to replace ALL 6, or ALL 24 brackets with generic replacement sets. Even though these are 52" fans the 42" replacements might be a closer fit. If you want to try to match the bracket, try www.ceilingfanparts.comI might have a spare but I doubt it and it'd take me forever to find out. BTW I am a Minister of Music.

Thanks for the suggestion and the link - I ordered 6 standard replacement brackets. It was so easy, it almost seemed sinful! Thanks for your ministry of music! I'm always impressed at how much the music we use in worship influences us. People don't remember the sermons, but they do remember the music. So keep up the good work!! Thanks again for the help.

Standard replacement brackets can actually be found at Home Depot type places. The link I gave, I was hoping they had an EXACT replacement.
Let me know if you get it worked out.
