Most of you probably know that I'm a 3-pack-a-day cigarette smoker, in addition to the occasional pipe and cigar. And I always wondered where I got the idea to begin smoking. Well, apparently the whole tobacco-company-advertising thing really works, because I wanted to be a smoker at age 7 (yes, these photos are of me): Perhaps maybe mommy shouldn't have let me make toy cigarettes with oregano and magic markers? And hey, just for S&G, here's Pierce as a fetus:

Damn, 3 packs a day. Try quitting, you'll have more money to spend. I mean, 15$ a day, over time, will really add up. Plus, You won't die of cancer...

Wow, trying to kill yourself sooner. I Just quit smoking, when I went into the hospital, I never craved for one, and even when I got out. I was too sick. So seeing how I didn't crave, I said I might as well quit, I was planning on it before. So far it's been very easy, and haven't really craved...I consider myself doing very good. One pack use to last me over 24 hours....

I dont understand why anyone would start smoking these days. It's common knowledge that it kills you.

If you want to quit smoking, I'll take a high-def picture of my grandpa's teeth...

My grandfather was a religious cigar smoker (like Groucho Marx), up until 1995 or so. He developed this cancer on his lip due to smoking cigars. Whenever I would visit his house 'til the mid 90s, he'd be huffing away on a cigar, and I remember the 1986 Pontiac Grand Am he had at the time smelled of cigar smoke.
Some guy where my grandfather worked had a toupee and complained of my grandpa's cigar smoke getting into it. My grandfather dealt with it by jabbing the guy in the ribs with his thumb.
My grandfather's younger brother smoked cigarettes and therefore died of emphysema (spelling?)
