The 2005 hunter fans have been released Current link: www.fanshack.comNot only have they brought back cane blades, but they've brought back STENCIL aswell! There is another hideous one with curved wood blades (the same blades used on casablanca's new contemporary fans. They even use hunter controls). They have also stuped to making mix-and-match fans. This does not look good for hunter (or casablanca for that matter).

It's about time, too. I wanted to see those blades to come and I hope that other companies do the same.

which proves my point ---if it was made after the 70's - its crap -plain & simple...

the only exception would be casablanca & emerson & even now that is questionable.

So you're saying that the blades are now fake? I really wish that they made from real wood again.

So you're saying that the blades are now fake? I really wish that they made from real wood again. Some are still made from plywood but that is it really. That would be some Emersons, Craftmades, Casablancas, Hunters, and whatever other prestigous companies are out there that carry quality.

And it appears now that hunter has gone back to ball/socket.

Hunter has been ball/socket for over 10 years, it isn't a change. Ball/socket as in REGULAR ball/socket. You didn't point that out. I wouldn't use caps, it symbolizes yelling. Underlining is more effective if you want to point something out in a sentance, or italics. Sean= computer junkie
