I'm parting out this fan because I need four of the five blades for the 100th anniverssary (bad spelling ;D ) Hunter Originals at our vacation home. If you need anything else, email me. The motor runs PERFECT, no mounting hardware or switch cap. casafan86@yahoo

100th anniversary edition were basically a basic original with wingtip blades, unfortunally, the blades on one of the fans were soo warped, it wobbles on low speed. A 40 LB fan wobbling is a concern. there were three of them, now two. I replaced one with a navajo white casablanca delta III, chris held has the original that the delta replaced.

Warped blades can be fixed, and if they are wing tip... They are worth it.

These arn't actually wood, they are made of that composite crap that loves high humidity and folds like a taco shell. These fans are on full blast all the time so wobble is out of the question. I'd park my Dodge Intrepid on it, such as with the infamous charleston blade ;D

By the way, I still have about 15 in Bright Brass if anyone is interested. Parts requests are welcome as well. Email at heldc@bgnet.bgsu.edu

The bottom plate on the Passport has a little "dip" near the motor, and the vents are a little more narrow.

OK guys...
Sorry, the Hunter is hanging in a good home, and won't be going anywhere for awhile. If this wasn't the case, I would be more likely to work out a deal. I personally think Hunter Originals aren't worth their salt. There were some cool ones in the late 70's-early 80's, but all Hunter Originals do have a faint hum, do wobble, and seem to be a little high maintenance. Plus, any new Hunter is garbage anyway... I would take a Gulf Coast Dixie Belle or a Craftmade CXL over an Original anyday.
But thanks for your interest, guys!
