Okay, I have a IT Four Seasons and It did not come with the switch. I thought I could just add power to see if it worked. I dont know if I am wrong or the damn thing doesn't work. Do I need the IT to work the fan?

You can try flipping the wall switch off and on really fast to see if that does anything. On the older model IT fans this was one mode of operation talked about in the manual. If that doesn't work you should get an IT switch to test it. The fan probably works.

Is the motor working fine and is there a pull chain?

Some early IT fans will work without the wall switch, some will not. I think it depends on the generation of the electronics.
When you apply power, with no blades, does the flywheel jerk a little bit? It should be fine, just needs a control.
