I need to know how to open up a motor to a moss carribean breeze. i removed the blades and the little thread bolts in the motor came loose and are now rolling around inside the motor and i cant screw the blades back on

did you try to unscrew the 3 screws on bottom of the spinner part of the motor? if not,try that

those motors open from the top. You can see near where the blades mount the crack all the way around to where it opens.....

I removed those but could'nt figure out how to open the motor though, do you have to pry it open like most spinner motors?

If anyone cares i got the motor open and was able glue the threads back on where the blades screw into. these motors come apart really easy. only thing now with this fan is the blades are VERY rusted, it looks like surface rust though, no holes or anything. im thinking of having the rust grinded off and re-paint the blades, or do the old trick of soaking them in vinegar for a few days and see if that works.

I'm late . . . Adam is correct where the motors come apart and you have to pry it.
