They're both made by Commercial Electric. Hmm... Commercial electric makes them odd industrials with them odd blades and the hampton bay builder fan. Both fans are, of course, sold at home depot.

Commercial Electric, Commander Electric, Carribean Electric, I get those three mixed up. I know at least two are actually the same company and I believe all three actually are but I dont remember.
