That's a unique Charleston, it has the newer style housing and blade irons but has the bell canopy and flat switch cap of the older models. Definitely the best of both worlds, although I also like the rounded switch cap.

no dan, those are the second generation blade holders, no tth third generation... remember the thirds are plain and thick not (well it's hard to tell) thin and fancy or big, thin and plain (first gen.) that'sw a stright second generation but i am curious, is that a white white? the ones i have seen and the ones i've owned have been off whiteish

But all of the 'second generation' (what you would call 'third generation') I've seen and owned have used the same blade badges as Adam's.
