Thanks, Lisa

Sean is correct.
In addition:
How many blades does it have? Is the finish still visible, and if so, what finish? I've seen them sell for $800 and more in beautiful mint condition, to as low as $50 for a project fan. It really can vary.

I have an Emerson Fernleaf ceiling fan motor, with no blades. Fernleafs are beautiful fans in my opinion. I saw yours on the AFCA website, and it is very nice! Enjoy it! Maybe you could have it restored. ;D The most important aspect of restoration would be the wiring, as it tends to deteriorate over the years. Physically, your fan looks to be in quite good condition. And, like Dan said, it could bring in a fair amount of money if you sold it.
