Hi.
My wife came with an Eagle Fan model 2811 in a box. I have looked at the parts and figured out how it goes together, with one exception. There is no obvious way for wires to get from the ceiling box to the wires connecting to the switches on the fan. The mounting tubes have space for wires, but I am unable to locate any place (i.e. a hole) where the wires exit the tube below the fan shroud. There is a set of three wires inside a plastic sheath that exits the fan shroud above the light but I can't find connection points inside the shroud. Do I need to remove the shroud? Am I missing a part? Any help would be appreciated. She removed this fan from a previous house and we would like to use it in our new one.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Dennis eMail me pictures because I am not understanding what you are describing. Also, I am looking to buy these. Thanks!
