Hello, I have a 1912 Dayton Type 70. I had installed a Sterling 5-amp solid state rotary control for it, but it kept having issues with the fan not running full power and finally the switch burned out today. I was looking for recommendations for this fan on replacement solid state wall controls? I was wondering if perhaps my switch was just faulty, or if I should look for a higher amperage option for this particular fan. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
