That is a Hampton Bay Argenta ceiling fan. Those were special order Home Depot fans. If the remote is unlocatable then I am sure Home Depot could get you a replacement remote or you could buy a whole new control kit. Either way the fan will likely need to come down. If you get a replacement remote only you will need to match the dipswitches on the receiver to the new control. If you get a new control kit them you will need to disconnect the old receiver and install a new one, still matching the dipswitches. Hope this get you towards success!

No problem! Chances are the store might be totally clueless. If they are, call the service line and they should be able to help.

Just an update for those interested, was able to contact Home Depot/Hampton Bay regarding this fan, and we pretty much already knew they'd tell us that this style remote has been discontinued. Currently, their contracted customer service is searching physical boxes for a replacement, which I think is awesome but I don't expect a great outcome.
The tricky part is this fan has two down lights (technically one will be the "up" light). Most remotes have one light button. I think there's a universal remote out there with two light buttons we can replace the receiver with for a match.

If there is no luck please reach back out here, I can easily find you a currently manufactured control that will work with your fan.

finding a remote for that is going to be rather tricky yet not impossible... I would check Ebay and or make a post on the Facebook fan pages im sure someone either has a replacement or can help you locate one.
