The controller for a ceiling fan in a home we bought was lost and I am having trouble replacing it. the only sticker shows E133787 model AC-4052-5, Mfr 5AO0133. Any idea as to how i can find a replacement? Thanks for any assistance.

Based on the manual and other info that has come up, it appears to be a Minka Aire Cobra/ Hampton Bay Sidewinder. Finding a new control should be fairly simple. I would just give Minka a call and they should be able to help.

The receiver should be in the upper canopy. Minka Aire Cobra had two different remotes, and are not really compatible with each other. Locate the receiver and look at the model numbers.
