I finally acquired one of these Sunwindy. I had been wanting one for a while. I got this one NIB in December 2021 thanks to the help of another fan enthusiast. Overall the quality is very impressive for today's standards. Air movement is incredible and it's very quiet on lower speeds. No audible hum. The blades are wider than on a lot of current metal bladed fans and the curve is well pronounced similarly to pre 1990's curve bladed fans. Both canopies are plastic. Sunwindy uses canopies that are unique to them. They are slightly more conic than a lot of canopies of this style we usually see. On high speed it's almost as fast as an early 1980's 4 Saisons of the same size so in the ranges of 320-330 rpms! Rpms on high is slightly slower than on a lot of current indian ceiling fans of the same size but air movement is much greater! One of the best contemporary metal bladed ceiling fan I've seen in a while. Here's a full tour of it including unboxing: Enjoy!
