My new 60 inch hunter original is too fast on the lowest speed. I have not hard wired it. I simply have it plugged Into the wall. I wanted to know which table top fan speed control to buy.

A couple issues and solutions for this. Wall controls would require cutting the cord and splicing so you can hook the control up to it. If thats what you plan to do then thats great. Solid state controls usually give a good range. There are tons on eBay. If you don't want to mess with the cord, a remote control could work. You would NEED to buy one from Hunter as they are the only ones who's receivers fit in the canopy to my knowledge. Couldn't tell you about speed range unfortunately. Anyone who has better knowledge with controls for originals could have other ideas. So hopefully they weigh in if they have stuff to add. The first option would work out better and its also what you wanted so as long as you don't mind cutting cords I would recommend that. Just search Solid State Fan Speed Control on eBay and you can find some.

Thank you, I did and one is being delivered tomorrow. Also, I have a slight wobble on low in downward position. I've measured each blade from ceiling to tip and the difference is so slight that it's not worth changing anything. The upward position on low is perfect, no wobble at all. I HATE any wobble. What's your suggestion on this.

Balancing kits are really one of the best options. Otherwise you can swap around all the blades till it stops. Please keep in mind that due to the generally loose mount style its practically impossible to precent wobble 100% of the time.
