My recently re-habbed 22272-504 is January of '82 [Ser. 2810]. My two 22306-02s are Ser. K.
I ran accross a post here sometime back that, I think, listed the letter codes and corresponding years. Unfortunately, I have not been able to re-locate the bloody post...read: searching futiley. Can someone please either provide the letter-year correspondances, or point me to the post?

Did you ever get an answer to this? I have a 22309 (52” white w/brass) and a 22272 (52” brown) that I’m currently restoring. I also have a 22303 (36” formerly white w/ brass now black w/brass) that I recently finished restoring. Two have a SER of K and one has a SER of H.
I’m assuming all three are fairly old (mid-70s) as all three had plastic switch housings and canopies.
All of my other R&Ms are 1980 or newer and have the actual date stamped onto the tag.
I’d love to know how to decipher these.
