That metal bladed spinner in the second picture looks like the ones I've seen over the registers at Walmart here in the garden dept. They used to have two at each front entrance as well but they removed those.

Never seen those at a WalMart before, but WalMart uses various types of fans in their stores. My local WalMart used to have silver lines over the jewelry, tech, and garden checkout departments, and a WalMart ten minutes away from me had Quick Connects over all of the checkout stands; both have removed their fans since. I mostly remember WalMarts having Proline IIIs in the garden areas some years ago.

My Walmart originally had some kind of 36" white industrials back at the garden checkout, on very short downrods, which were so high up they didn't do much with no ceiling in that area. There were also beige 42" close mount Laskos over the snack bar area. Those were removed when the store was expanded. Eventually they added another industrial in the garden checkout area and put it and another on longer downrods. Then those and the one on the short downrod were removed and they put those fans you've identified up.
I feel old now, I can remember going there when they sold the 36" plastic Lasko ceiling fans and seeing them on display and in boxes on the shelves. They were my favorite fans on display because they reminded me of our SMC spinner at home. The ones in the snack bar were probably Walmart stock as well.
At one time there were two industrials over the photo counter but they were removed later. There was also a Hampton Bay Industrial hanging low over the fabric cutting counter, with a 5 speed slide control on the column nearby, since removed.
At another Walmart built around 2002 they went fan happy and put a bunch of Littletons over the deli and bakery areas and in the back there were like 3 Quick Connects in a row. The lights on the Littletons were off, and I think there were Grayton IIs without lights as well. I've seen other Walmart with industrials over that area.
The Walmart my grandma goes to used to have 42" builderfans over the eating area which in that store was in the back of the grocery section on very long down rods. It also had some kind of white 52" fan with a light kit over the jewerly counter but it was off.
The Walmart in my hometown when I was really young had brown 56" industrials over the checkouts that I don't know the brand of, they had green stickers I think. And it also had two 36" SMC Lagunas in the entrance (white or brown I don't recall). That was one of the 80s small Walmarts compared to the ones now.
As with most stores these days Walmart doesn't seem to put fans in their new stores. And most stores that do have fans (usually outside) end up removing them after a few years unfortunately.

As with most stores these days Walmart doesn't seem to put fans in their new stores. And most stores that do have fans (usually outside) end up removing them after a few years unfortunately. Definitely strange fan choices from WalMart; random types of builderfans, Hampton Bay junk, or industrial/commercial fans end up in their stores. My local WalMart originally never had fans, then there would be random kiosks that would pop up that would be backed by these random companies looking to utilize WalMart's foot traffic to sell their inventory, and every time that would happen there would be a brown Goldline on a super long downrod installed for a week or so, then they would take it down only to put it back up for another week or two in a different part of the store. At one point they had two installed: one over where they kept all the yarn and one over a temporary jewelry kiosk (not the jewelry section). Those were up for two weeks and I never saw those brown Goldlines after that; I would've asked if I could have or buy those if I were older and I'd seen them. They didn't have fans for a while after that, then they put up two Silver Lines, one over the jewelry stand and the other in the tech area. Then they put up the last two at the checkout stands where the garden is. They remodeled the store late last year and removed all the fans. Yeah, a lot of grocery stores have been removing fans lately and new constructions are often devoid of fans. But Costco's new builds are a huge exception to that rule. A Costco was built about 20 minutes away from me last year; they have 2 of these huge SERCO/Epic Colossus HVLS fans above the checkout stands, a Big Ass Fans Essence over the optical department, and 12 Kichler Todo industrial fans in the produce section on extremely long downrods.
