At my aunt and uncle's house in the Keys which was built in 1986, most of the fans are white top mount units. It's been a while since I went there so I don't have any pictures. But the ones in the bedrooms (one in each guest room and one in the master upstairs) are white, with a light kit with I think a schoolhouse glass and four white blades. The vents are either GE vents or builder vent like. They have labels on the switch housing for the fan and light. Another one hangs over the dining room on a long down rod from the second floor, and I think it was AB with woodgrain blades. But my aunt had painted it a verdigris color.
In addition on the lower level has an apartment and it has one of those white and black fans with perforated sideband, and 5 white blades and spotlights. I don't recall if there were vents on the motor.
On the patio there is a Hampton Bay Gazebo with spotlights. My aunt and uncle claimed it was original but I think it likely replaced something, since I don't think they had Gazebos in 1986 and Hampton Bay had just started.
On the other side is a mirror image of their house, which my aunt's sister in law owns. Hers had her fans replaced with palm bladed ones, but not sure the brand.
I was mainly wondering if those are Moss fans, like WF series? What's throwing me off is the integrated light kits and pull chain labels.
