A brand new, but old stock, Hunter original 23856 was just hung in my bedroom. The requisite oil that was put in promptly dripped from the bottom of the switch housing. I've been told that the problem may be an O ring. Sadly, I have no mechanical or electrical skills. Is there anyone in NYC who knows how to fix this and would be willing? thanks.
