Hi
Bought old house with old Casablanca Saturn CB-21216T and Inteli-Touch W11 which seems to work But am wondering about it
1) Where how would I obtain a user manual?
2) In the day was this fan upscale, midscale or downscale?
Thank you

Thank you 1. The user manual should be in this link: casablancafanrepair.com/HTMLFiles/instructionmanuals/Chapter23/IT_OPforWeb/IT_OperationP1.htmThe control pictured looks different, however the functions should be the same as any other W-11 fan, button and system-wise. The only difference between a W-11 and W-32 is that there are push buttons and not rocker switches and a separate button for the Reverse function. All Sequences that involve Light+Fan+Light etc. Works the exact same way. 2. The fan was definitely high end back in the day, approximately $300 back then which translates to about $600 in today's money when new. Now don't think people will pay as much for that fan if sold on ebay. The average price it goes for hovers between $200-$400 depending on the condition, completion, of the fan along with the desire of the buyer. This is as of December 2018.

1.) Other than the control operating instructions, you'll probably have to find a collector that has a manual to provide you with scans. 2.) The Spirit of Saturn, or SOS for short, was a high-end fan back in its day, retailing upwards of $300 (about $600+ today). Depending on the finish of the fan, you could have a rare piece.

Hi, thanks, got the manual but it shows a control with a reverse button; my old one just has light and fan and power any chance of finding the instructions for the old 3 button Intelli? pic of Intelli belowI mentioned The Manual should work the same, as I have described above. The Rocker Switches and the Button Switches work the same way, it is just that the W-32(newer control) has a reverse button to make it easier on people. None of the fan programs or operations need to ever use the reverse button or double-press(W-11) function at all. So everything that is mentioned in the manual that regards Fan-Light-fan Etc. Sequences WILL WORK with your fan. W-11 (3 button) and W-32 (4 button) Inteli-Touch controls are the exact same, the reverse button is the only difference and it does not affect any other function, other than to make reversing convenient.

Thanks Got it Will go hit buttons and see what happens Awesome! Hope it all works out! Demo mode is a good way to see if everything is functional on your fan. It will sequence through your Speeds, reverse, and test if the light dims. Since your fan is lacking a light, I believe your Light button will also function as a Reverse button, I may be wrong though. To know if the fan goes "Reverse" It will sound a tune: "beep boop beep boop". That will be a conrifmation that your fan is in reverse. And another sidenote, you cannot have two programs on your fan at once. Here is a video demonstating intelitouch.
