42" Litex Close Up Ceiling Fan At My Nephew's House

So I went to this house and saw a 42" Litex Close Up Hugger Fan in the dining room in the summer of 2013, but went back to get a picture of it, there's also a Westinghouse Casanova Supreme (which is being stored in the basement) but I'm not able to get a picture of it because the renters are in the basement and there's no contractor down here, the renters also need privacy, if the renters move out of the house in the basement, then I might try to get a picture of the Westinghouse Casanova Supreme, right now I can't because the renters still live in the basement for a year. The Fan and Light Kit is controlled by a Toggle Switch Dimmer.

I like that fan a lot! I'm a huge fan of hugger ceiling fans!

There is actually something semi-appealing about these traditionally-styled, late-80s/early-90s huggers.  Adin, are both the fan and light controlled via that dimmer?  Also, I believe its a 52" model

I think they're both controlled together by the toggle dimmer switch, so I may need to back there someday.
