In the late '90s, early '00s, when I was a kid fascinated by fans, I had a friend whose house I always used to go to after school to play video games. I remember there was a "contemporary" fan with 4 blades (maybe 6? definitely not 5) in the living room. It was white and didn't have a switch housing or pull chain, and I don't think it had a light. It had a wall control that I remember looking like a Homestead Homestar, but it might not have been a Homestead. I remember asking my friend's mom about it, and she said the fan was from the '80s. It might have been a Beverly Hills, but I can't find a single picture of their wall controls form the '80s-'90s.
It was definitely not a Casablanca, Hunter, Hampton Bay, Harbor Breeze, or Emerson.
This house was for sale recently - frustratingly, the fan was taken down since the last time I was there around 2006.
Thanks, everyone!

Kestrel, do you happen to recall any other features such as mounting or blade hardware?

Kestrel, do you happen to recall any other features such as mounting or blade hardware? It may have been one of these, a Beverly Hills Fan Co. Aurora, or at least something very similar. What did Beverly's controllers look like? What year would this fan be from? There's very little information about them out there.

They posted a picture of it below.

It looks like a generic light switch at first glance. Hmmm, I seem to remember there being fan/light symbols on it. But it's been 15 years since I last saw it.
