Oh, that's the Minka Aire Gyro. Every possible type of Gyro can be found here, including the Gyro Wet, for outdoor use: www.minkagroup.net/gyro/You can purchase these through any lighting showroom or retailer of your choice. And there currently is no fan made with this design yet an oscillating system for the fans themselves. On the Gyro, like Kestrel explained, the two fans, or "heads" rotate while the fans themselves spin as well. However, the fans/heads can be adjusted/pointed in any direction along the bars they're mounted to.

Thanks, yeah, I’m not brand specific, I just gave that fan to give an example of what the fan construction is like.
I know someone has one out there somewhere, I saw the fans themselves oscillating, and if no one currently makes one, THEY SHOULD! I can’t see it being that much work, just have to run power to an oscillating motor on the brackets.

I'm gonna take a look at videos of the Minka Aire Gyro ceiling fan in operation, because the individual turbofans look as if they could oscillate while in operation. I do know the turbofans can be adjusted in any direction along their swivel brackets and that both turbofans are rotated around as they run, but I don't think the individual turbofans oscillate. If this is the design you like, I'd just go for one of 'em.

Thanks, it doesn’t seem like it would be that hard to add an oscillating motor to the turbofan itself, but then you would have to probably rewire etc probably. (I wonder if there’s anything out there that would be a direct swap in the table fan world)
I’m surprised it isn’t more of a standard thing for this design of fan, make it as an upgrade.
If I can’t find one somewhere that has the oscillating fans, I’ll probably just go with something more usual. There’s some pretty cool designs out there that can become talking pieces as well.
