The rec center at my school has a total of six of these black commercial/industrial fans, installed sometime within the last 10 years. They're all turned on all the time when the rec center is opened and run at about a medium-high speed. Can anyone tell what exactly these are? I tried taking a video with my iPhone, but it didn't turn out too well uploaded to YouTube.
