Ralada generally makes Litex fans, such as the Industrial Utility. I have one and it's cheaply made.

Did Ralada have a good reputation? I can't say I've ever heard of them before..
My 42" Gulf Coast Georgianne seems solid enough (quite comparable to other Taiwanese manufacturers such as Air Cool). Their newer products I cannot speak for, though.

These must have been sold around here, just saw this one in a local real estate listing..
Looks like that's the same light as on mine, perhaps that's what originally shipped with it..

I really like the white polished brass Passport, that has to be one of my favorite color combinations. I don't think I've ever seen a hugger like that before, especially with the GE vents.

True, plus GE vent huggers are pretty rare.

Got this Casablanca light kit the same day as the Passport and hugger but for whatever reason forgot to post about it.. I plan to put this on the Panama as soon as I figure out how it works.. The screws that currently hold the switch cap on are far too short to go through the light and still catch the threads on the housing.. Do I need to source some new screws for it, or am I missing something?

I LOVE the loop arms and the "Sandwich-Style" light kits... my 1986 Delta II just has a standard "spiral arm" light kit, which I think is an early K4. Sweet find!

Thanks, me too! This will be a big improvement to what's currently on the Panama now..

Another one of these in the estate listings.. I really wonder where these were sold, it must have been somewhere local..

That Casablanca light kit, see how there are threaded holes? The switch cap mounts to that with the existing screws. The light itself mounts to the fan with two separate screws (you'll have to get some of appropriate length) via the unthreaded holes that are kind of recessed from the bottom of the ring. It's designed so you can attach the light, do the wiring, then put on the switch cap after.

Got the light installed on the Panama.. It looks great! Thanks again, Cole, for telling me how it works! That screw thing in the switch cap that nobody knows what it's called is not original, I had to take it off another fan.. A Heritage of all things.. It doesn't match the finish, but it's less obvious than a hole..

That looks beautiful, Jordan! What a huge improvement as compared to the last light kit. Oh yeah, those screw-in plugs never match, by the way
