This may have been posted on before, but what ceiling fans do post offices have in your area? I seem to recall the post office in my hometown which was from the late 70s or 80s has brown four blade 52" Hunter Originals.
Here, the older post office has white three blade industrials of some sort. The newer post office near the mall which was built around 2002 has white five blade Hunter Originals visible in the back.

None at the post office where I sometimes go to mail something and at my dad's job, I'm not sure.

The main one on TX-6 in Waco used to have two antique brass Banner builders over the counters and a Crest spinner over the queue area. I think all three were removed during a remodel... not that they did much when they were there. If I remember correctly the Banners have been replaced with Hunters... I want to say Passports but not positive.
The one in Bellmead (5 minutes south of Waco on I-35) has either 56" or 60" Daytons with switch housings... two hanging rather low over the queue and one WAY up in the back area behind the counters.

I've never been inside of a post office with fans installed... unless you count the Old Post Office in Washington, DC (bunch of shops and food vendors) that has AB 52" Emerson 1895's, 56" 4B White Dayton/Laskos, and some other fans mixed in.

I have seen white 4-bladed Originals, late '80s models, in the local post office here.

My post office has several Emerson Heat Fans (3 blades, no switch housing). Most if not all Cincinnati post offices seem to have ceiling fans.

I rarely ever go to a post office, maybe once a year. But my local post office in Austin has a whole bunch of Reverse-Aire Originals in brown. Two above the main desk, running on their very fast low speed with the forward pitch. There are also about six visible in the back, all running at various speeds. Mixed in, at the back, are some 90's industrials, probably low-line Envrofans from appearace. The space was remodeled, but the fans remained!
When I lived on the east coast, my local office had two Hampton Bay/SMC Park Avenue 42" bright brass fans in the lobby, way up on a two-story ceiling, on two foot downrods, with a solid state speed control mounted about 8 feet up the wall. Any time I went in, they were on, at various speeds each visit. In the back, you could see two Hunter Coastal Breeze 52" models in antique brass, with long strings attached to the pull chains, usually on medium. There was also another post office I never went inside of that had a generic Landmark 42" in the foyer. It could run for months at a time, and then off for months at a time, and had every kind of bulb replacement you can imagine. The last year I lived there, it was off the entire time with a single CFL working. I noted this because of a traffic light I was often stuck at in front of the building. A friend told me they also had a few Casablanca Palasades 90's builder fans inside, that were never on. Another office had a Encon brass/white/cane fan in the lobby, also only visible from the road when sitting at a traffic light. That office closed, and became an electrcians service headquarters office, but they tinted the windows, so not sure if the fan was still there.
