Appears to have a Moss motor, Other collectors have found some with flushmount canopies, but mine has a normal DOWNROD. The other ones are not adaptable to have a downrod, so I guess I have a rare version. All white, stencil blades. Any ideas?

It's a TAT product.

But i've never heard of one with a downrod. Most if not all collectors have the flushmount version.

They're probably out there... that label is like TAT's labeling and the motor housing just screams TAT. 'BDF-52C' is also a TAT model number.

I have seen the box for the GEV version of this... it's a plain blue box with the fan on the front, and pictures on the side of the different finishes available, which I think were white, PB. white/brass, AB, brown, brown/brass, black, and black/brass.

Odd.. I'd be interested to know how it performs compared to a typical Comfort Breeze..
