Master bedroom: Casablanca Ventura Inteli-Touch, controlled by W-32, has a recalled Hang-Tru, so I believe it's around 1993. Original flywheel broke in 2009 and has been replaced eventually. Actually the very first IT fan I have ever touched, which was back in June 2004.

Thank! I'm glad to go back to that house to take videos and pictures of fans, didn't expect Ventura to have new flywheel already, I was preparing to help them get a new flywheel, but it was already done and they don't even remember it being broken at all.
