Emerson prima flushmount: This is pretty decent; moves more air than most standard mount hunters nowadays. Not the absolute best, but good bang for your buck. Most huggers now have those DC motors and are upwards of $600.

No huggers move good air. The closest thing that moves air is either a Casablanca on a LCA or the rare Hunter Low Profile Original.

I can remember so many neat ones that were around when I was a kid like the CEC ones.

I can remember so many neat ones that were around when I was a kid like the CEC ones. Those are too rare. Does the hugger have to be good quality, or is there a price limit?

I'm not looking for one. I was just thinking about it as to them in general .

How is it obsolete to discuss the entire spectrum of fans for low ceilings with huggers being out since the 1980s for the most part when their was some truly unique vintage fan models into the horrendous fans of today like the Littleton or ones that aren't so common out there.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I was kidding; it's cool to talk about this kind of stuff. I'm not into newer huggers; they all look the same to me now. The older ones are cool, but the newer ones aren't.
