It's ceiling fan videos, but maybe I should have posted in "General" section instead. If mods want to move it to "General" section, be my guest!

It's about time! I never understood the thing of hiding our voices or faces.
Well, it's ceiling fans videos, Jordan.

I never liked the idea of talking in videos, its mainly to focus on the fan's performance, and not worry about sudden speeches while increasing the volume to hear the airflow

www.youtube.com/watch?v=RfYwDgbyjhYVoice acting this time! As of avoiding loud speech when turning up volume for airflow, I may use the video editor on videos that airflow can be heard, and turn up volume on part where airflow can be heard and there are no speech, so you can listen to airflow without using volume button and still avoid loud speech.

There's truly no point in all of this.. Some people talk and some people don't, there is no need to edit your voice and the video sound.. The camera is only going to pick up the fan sound only if the fan makes a sound, and most new fans don't, and that seems to be the majority of your videos.. Most 70s and 80s industrials will make a wind sound, stuff like lagunas will make a wind sound noise.. I only hear typical background noise in that video, only with the Volume way up.. That would be the constant audio hiss, such as AC units running, and the vibrations they may make, and traffic around the local area etc.. In local places like that, there is most likely other things going on that's apart of the background hiss..

As Adam said, it's pointless editing your voice. You either talk with your normal voice or don't talk at all. I don't talk in my videos, I let the fans do the talking and I have the info about the fan in the description.

I never understood the thing of hiding our voices or faces. Some individuals wish to remain private in that regard, which completely understandable. Covering up one's name in an attempt to avoid taking responsibility for past actions is another situation entirely, however. Well, it's ceiling fans videos, Jordan. What about Jordan? There's truly no point in all of this.. I agree completely. In local places like that, there is most likely other things going on that's apart of the background hiss.. In several of my earliest videos (2009 to 2010-era), that is clearly evident. Oh what fun attempting to record videos while talking crowded places was

Jeez if you're that paranoid online about hiding your voice behind a "filter" of sorts, then maybe the internet is not for you and you should just get off.

For crying out loud... this just keeps getting more and more ridiculous.
If you don't want people you know accessing your fan videos... make them unlisted and share the links with only those you want to have access to them.

Well, I'm not paranoid enough to have my videos set to unlisted, but it's a bit complicated. I mean, I still want to publicly share videos and remain as anonymous as possible.
Can this thread be locked (or possibly deleted) please before it gets worse?
