I have one but I have a buddy that wants it for his garage when he moves into his new house in September.

Find someone with a big cumbersome vehicle with a manual transmission, if you throw yourself into the pit of fire when you're first starting out then any car will be a breeze to drive. I learned how to drive in my father's crew cab 2005 Ford F150 in 2009/2010.
I own two vehicles that share nothing alike in driving characteristics except for them both being 5 speed manuals. A 2007 Ford F150 and a 2014 Toyota Yaris and I have zero issues switching between them. The more you drive, the more comfortable you'll get.

So buy an air conditioning unit. If u mean HVAC, that’s pricey tbh, the bedrooms (4) and the upstairs bathroom of our house has vents. I’m just gonna stick with my aero speed box fan plus it’s been raining here lately. I paid $80 for a 5k BTU window shaker for my man cave last friday, get a good used one.

No, both of my vehicles are manuals and one of them doesn't even have power locks.

I've always wanted to go to the Southwest. Utah, Nevada, etc.
My 'now' fiancée and I were gonna drive out to Utah for a concert and tour the neighbouring states in Summer 2020 but COVID ruined the trip for us and we ended up having to get a refund for our tickets and hotel.

I cook a mean hot pocket.
I've baked apart more headlights in my oven than I've cooked meals.

I took a picture of the Bronze line in my 7x8 shed. My fiancée picked up the shed from her work(Lowe's) last year for $50. Apparently someone returned it cause it was missing parts, come to find out the only piece that was missing was one of the front panels so we just ordered the missing part and voila, a brand new shed for $50 that goes for like $600 new lol. This is mostly a storage shed/workshop cause I am not lucky enough to have a garage at this place. The floor it sits on is made out of scrap wood from my work, deck screws, L-brackets and some patio stones. I'm into the whole circus for under $200. I rent this place so I am investing as little money into it as possible. It is amazingly solid for being basically made out of OSB from a crate and some 8 foot 3x3 lumber from shipping machinery via pallet. For power there is a 50ft extension cord ran to the shed from an outdoor outlet on the house with a 3-plug head on one end, this gives me 3 plugs inside the shed for things. Lighting is an old fluorescent vehicle trouble light that is hung by its hooks. As for the fan it is a 1999 Banvil 36" Bronze-line with a generic variable speed control ghetto wired in-line that just plugs into the extension cord. The whole thing looks super crappy but its all grounded properly and is safe, so whatever. The fan is about 12" from my head so whenever I'm reaching up on the shelves or whatever I turn the fan off so I don't hurt myself lol
