West Palm Beach / Lake Worth... There are 5 different habitats in the county alone... How many ReStores in Florida have you been to out of curiosity?

Whats the model number on yours? I'll have to take a look over the weekend, its currently installed and if I remember correctly the upper canopy must be removed to view the information tag.. I coped the info onto a notecard last time I had it apart but I have apparently misplaced said paper..

The tag should be on the lower canopy, and you shouldn't have to remove anything to see the info... You could always take the camera and snap a few photos..

That might be the info on the capacitor I'm thinking of.. I'll post some pictures Friday..It's not on the capacitor.. It's a silver half rounded label that is attached to the lower canopy, facing the upper canopy like this: If it's still installed, all you need to do is get a ladder and peak around above the motor / lower canopy.. If yours doesn't have it than it was either removed, or painted over.. It's slightly visible in this photo to give you an idea of location:

Here is my heat fan.. I ended up taking it down since I thought the tag was making a fool out of me.. turns out it really is blank.. Fortunately I found my card which I copied the info located on the inside of the canopy onto.. Its been a number of years since I coped that so I don't remember exactly where the info is listed.. Based on the content it wasn't from the capacitor..
Here is the information:
Emerson Part No 3900-0393-001 MFG NO D81 3 PH 1 120v 60Hz 0.50 A Frame 48 Y 215 RPM Air Over Cont Impedance Protected K55BKR9385

I was almost going to say that it may have faded out by someone cleaning the fan.. Those labels are typical of doing that.. I've ran across many of these with faded labels.. Ink doesn't hold up to well... It's too damn bad, because I have two of these fans, and I could put the model number in the database, but the labels are all faded.. Sorta like what happened to this same fan that you have I wiped all the dust and grease (with only water) after I took this photo and all the ink came off on the label.. From I can read it looks like it could be either CF 1236W or CF I236W or CF l236W But I doubt that it would be a lower case "L" seeing how there or no lower cases in the model numbers, So I think the model of yours and the two models I have are CF 1236W though the 1 could be an "i" Attachment Deleted

Jordan, you have the Sears version of the heat fan, which has a narrower motor housing than the stock Emerson heat fan. I wonder why. FYI the one Adam posted is the stock one.

Actually it's an Emerson.. I need to change the one I have in the galleries and move it to the Emerson gallery.. At first I thought the same until I saw the one with the Emerson label.. The info above doesn't show any info as for model number.. It's a part number and info for the motor.. No one really knows if they are a Heat Fan or Universal Series, So I just name them by the model number and put in reference that it's either a Heat Fan or Universal Series..
