So I got this thing off kijiji for $20, its fast as balls and is in good shape, no date on it. Pullchain sequence is Forward High/OFF/Reverse High/OFF, Yes its single speed, probably designed to work with a wall control back in the day. No evidence of a variable speed control as the wiring looks untouched. Anyone have a switch cap for one of these? It didnt come with one nor a light kit that fits.

Very cool even though the bracket are pretty odd on these early SMC Royal Flush. I believe it was one of those first versions of Royal Flush. A lot of SMC in the early to mid 1980's were single speed reversible.
If there is a date on it, it would be on top of the brown motor inside the housing.

The '42' in U42/U52 is the diameter. so its 42 inch.
