What grommets should be used on later model Emerson blades?

I have a set of Emerson blades NIP that look like they may have gone to a Legend model. I would like to use them on my Masterpiece 1895. Since the holes are rather wide on the aforementioned set of blades. What type of rubber grommet do you recommend?

I would ask emerson if they manufactured fans with blades that utilize grommets; since grommets allow fan blades to sag, I would simply get a large set of screws (wide in diameter) and see if they work on the blades of whatever bracket utilized.
