Does anybody know who manufactures the ceiling fans for Kendal Lighting? I assume they don't manufacture their own crap.

Kendal choose two main manufacturers to make their fans: Halsey and Air Cool.
They started using Halsey when they first began distributing ceiling fans sometime in the late 80's. In the early 90's, they also incorporated Air Cool fans into their product line. Kendal continues to buy from both companies to this day.

A lot of their fans look like Air Cool products.
Some of their fans look like Regency and Monte Carlo fans. There are also a few that look like Concord fans. Some of them look like Gulf Coast fans.

Thanks Max! I'm trying to find out who builds their Aviator series. Model AC10842 You're most welcome. Anything with "AC" is usually Air Cool related. Some of their fans look like Regency and Monte Carlo fans. There are also a few that look like Concord fans. Some of them look like Gulf Coast fans. Hence Air Cool and Halsey...

The Hampton Bays made by Air Cool carry a prefix of 'AG'.

The Hampton Bays made by Air Cool carry a prefix of 'AG'. True, but I never said that Air Cool fans couldn't start with "AG"...

Thanks CF gurus! Couldn't find the manufacturer that builds the fan in question. The best way to find the manufacturer is to look at the UL file listing (begins with an "E" and ends with five or six digets). Air Cool's UL listing is E75795 and Halsey's UL listing is E81964. Here's where you can lookup these (and many other) listings: database.ul.com/cgi-bin/XYV/cgifind.new/LISEXT/1FRAME/gfilenbr.htmlI hope this helps
