Very cool Top Mount fan you found! I've never seen one like that beofre but I love it. I love it's very chunky switch housing. The blades are similar to Hunter Original blades but with pointed tips instead. The housing is small for a fan this large but I like it too. It seems that most of Classic Conceps were made in Hong Kong so it would make sens it would use a motor made by Golden Fan/New Fan. I'm pretty sure the commercial label it was sold under was Classic Concepts. There is currently a 1980s NIB Classic Concepts top mount fan in Ontario but it looks more like a later Moss. ontario.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-sell-home-indoor-indoor-lighting-fans-Brand-new-ceiling-fan-W0QQAdIdZ397410349

Yeah the blades remind me of the Original blades a lot, so I just had to get it. On the fan in the Kijiji listing, it appears it is just a relabeled Moss, so that does prove that Classic Concepts had a few different companies make their fans.
So my fan should be a Classic Concepts made by Golden Fan since the motor shape resembles golden fan motors the most.

This month's finds for me: Set of 4 Hunter blades and Brass Blade Irons. These will be used on my BB Coastal Breeze. NIB Bahama Light, never opened. Got it mainly because of the nostalgia of the box. As for whole fans I got this 36" brown/brass NuTone Slimline. Missing the hanging hardware. (go figure) The other collector got a White hunter Summer Breeze II. I forgot my camera on the trip so no pic of the fan, but you can imagine what it looks like. As far as sightings go, nothing too much different But there were 3 black/chrome Nutone Elegance motors. Had everything except the blades.

Here is the Slimline hung up. There is something catching in the motor so I'll need to looking into what it is before I can make a video. I'll get the Hunter blades put on my brass Coastal Breeze tomorrow.

I don't have a FB account anymore (been trying to get one again with no progress past the account verification)
But there were 3 of the motors, just laid out on the shelf, all in black with chrome rings. No blades or brackets in sight, but all have everything else.

Did the NuTone Elegance motors have the blade arms, though?
