The coastal breeze is an absolute waste..of..time..and..money, you should've gone for the ventura instead. Only Hunter's 52" fans used those stupid saggy-ass grommets. The blades for the passport II are correct. Really? Only the 52" models used those grommets? Then explain why my 42" Summer Breeze has grommets in the blades.

I would've grabbed the older Chatam. You don't see them a lot.

Great finds! The Winnower reminds me a lot of my Yuson hugger; hope you can find a replacement blade bracket to match the others. Love the Hunters as well.
On another note, I LOVE that old Hampton Bay/SMC Chatham. Haven't seen a cane-bladed one in a long time.

Totally would have gone for the Ventura, but I like the Passport.

My Quiet Breeze II has those grommets as well; the blades do sag a bit.

May be a Piedmont or a Passport Plus. I'll have to look closer the next time I'm there.

First off with some bad news...Well since my mom saw me walk out of the ReStore with an assload of fan stuff in my cart, she said no more buying fans for a while. So yeah, just though I'd let y'all know... Anyways, some updates: King of Fans 42" builder thing: Crest hugger: Encon Georgian: Evergo emperor: Sears GEV (couldn't find blades): Hunter Baseball fan (white thing under it goes to a light fixture not the fan) Delta II: Panama: Today's scores: Crest 2000 Series, dated March, 1990. Shroom globe was provided by me. The fan was quieter than I expected, and moved more air than I thought! To the original installer of the swag kit: Wire nuts are cheap, USE THEM! Lolz, but I do give 'em credit for at least soldering the wires! Codep EM Series hugger, no pilot lights. Sorry for the out of focus pic. Evergo emperor, dated July, 1987. Came with an AB light kit, that was (well, obvious by the labels) added on later. Older Hampton Bay Chatham, dated March, 1995. Made by SMC like the more recent versions. Crest 5000 Series, dated 1991. Took of the light since I didn't have fitting shades. Didn't come with a mounting plate, didn't notice until after purchase. At least the Loudoun Habitat has a bunch of mounting parts scattered around. Saggy ass blades: I also got a new IT control. The manager let me have it for fifty cents. One Hell of a bargain considering how much they're going for on eBay!

WHY...do you waste your money on crap? Save it up for fans that don't suck.

Sweet finds, Daniel! I have a Crest 2000 Series with a 'Richfield Home Products' light kit on it just like your light kit. I like the IT control too! Cool to see it with white buttons!
