I went to the NOVA Habitat (Chantilly location) today. Here are some of the newer fans that came in since the last update: K63 Zephyr: Delta II: Crest Hugger, dated October, 1989: I figured I'd get a close-up pic of the '97 Studio Series Remote: Ugliest thing I've ever seen! The color combo is so nauseating! Thing: Finds: I got the K63 Zephyr! Dated February, 1980. The Slumber-Quiet is slightly shot. The highest setting goes as fast as it would on medium The only indications of a date I could find were on here, no serial number to be found. Please excuse the bad installation, it was missing the double claw bracket. I also got the Delta II, from April 5th, 1991, 223rd fan manufactured. I would have gotten the Crest (childhood fan), but I couldn't find the right blades. Opted for this instead: Four blades just for shiggles: It came with this moon pull pendant, I immediately removed it:

The zephyr is pre-1980. Casablancas made in 1980 and later have the distinctive badge on the switch housing with a date code.
What the hell makes you think that that's a panama? It's a delta II. The end.

I know it's a Delta II. It was a typo, get over it. This isn't the first time someone has confused a delta II for a panama..

Great finds! I absolutely love the Zephyr and Delta IIs are always nice.
"Thing" is an Emerson Hardwood, manufactured by Alaska. I have that exact one, and saw one other in person before but passed it up since I already had one.

WOW the Zephyr is AWESOME! I'm suprised that you say it's fom 1980 as in 1980 they started using the K55. My Zephyr is from September 1980 and it's K55. I'm pretty sure yours would be from 1979 as Andrew pointed out.
Ahah it's cute that there is a place called Chantilly in the States.

Didn't know Casablanca made fans that were both K63 and Slumber-Quiet???
The Hardwood is yet another example of why you should NEVER set a fan on its blades. Especially vertically.

Recent donations since last update: Older Hampton bay Chatham, made by SMC in 1995 or 1996: Coastal Breeze, dated 1993. They had three of these, one was dated 1991. Hunter Passport II: Summer Breeze from the early 90s: Winnower Hugger: Alaska: Ventura: Finds of today: Winnower hugger, dated June 5th, 1986. I FINALLY found something close enough to one of my childhood fans. One of the brackets snapped on me. I was installing the fan and noticed one blade was sagging. I looked over and noticed the bracket was on its last legs. It snapped when I touched it, so I used a spare. No video until I buy new brackets. Hunter Coastal breeze, from 1993. As I mentioned earlier in this post, they had three of these. The blades to all of them were mixed together, causing me to get a mixed set of blades. Because of that, it wobbles like hell. This is the first time I've seen one of these Hunters without the rubber grommets on the blades: Tacky bird house pull it came with: Hunter Passport II, dated 1996. I don't think those blades go to it, if I'm wrong tell me. They were the ONLY W/PB genuine Hunter blades in the blade pile.

The coastal breeze is an absolute waste..of..time..and..money, you should've gone for the ventura instead. Only Hunter's 52" fans used those stupid saggy-ass grommets.
The blades for the passport II are correct.
