What fans have you seen in these places?
My dentist used to have a Hampton Bay Nassau or some similar, in their old office. I've only been to the new one once and I can't recall if it has any.
My old eye doctor had those Hampton Bays Victorian style fans in white. They were never usually on, but one morning I went early and they were running on medium, probably to cool it down quickly, and they swung and made a ticking sound. At the front porch of that office are small Hunter outdoor fans in white with four blades, I can't remember the model, but early 2000s era.

My Dad's former Dentist had a couple Delta II (4 blade only). Polished Brass with Cane Blades and some had a schoolhouse globe light kit. One had a dropped flywheel.
I went to a Neurologist once that had two Panama Controls in white.

Never seen ceiling fans in any doctor's offices or medical facilities that I've been to... only portable fans. If it counts, there's some kind of ceiling fan in the entrance way to my dog's vet's office.

A veterinary hospital in my area I believe had two 42" Craftmade Decoratives in the waiting room. They had the original Craftmade logo on the switch housing, so they were manufactured before 1995.

Yes indeed! A physiotherapy clinic Philippe and I used to work at around 2016-2018 have an large unused gymnastic or yoga room with two Canarm CP56. They are both on the same 3-speed slider control. I demonstrate them in this video.

Drake Center, a large rehab hospital here in Cincinnati, has some ceiling fans inside the facility. They have a Hunter Original inside the main entrance, a builder fan inside a café, and I believe at least one other fan that I got a quick glimpse of when I volunteered there one summer.

I haven't been to many doctors' offices/medical facilities with fans outside of my old dentist, back where I used to live who had a brushed nickel Emerson Odyssey in his waiting room
