Based on the research I've done, I believe this is one is made by Beverly Hills Fan Co. I'm not sure which model though.  This one in the master bedroom, I have no idea.  She also has 2 Hampton Bay Ascots, which she bought at the same time as us. |

The second one is a Hunter Summer Breeze II from the 1990's.

I sold Beverly Hills fan 1 year ago. It was not working anymore but someone bought it for looks.
