In Malta, I have noticed a Chinese-looking ceiling fan. It reminds me a lot of CMC and SMC fans, and like these 2 brands, they are available both with curved blades and with straight blades. Some of the straight-bladed ones have a KHS switch, which I think is original. I have one of these switches at home (the only ceiling fan part I ever had), which is completely taken apart, and is one of the largest fan switches I ever saw, even though it has got the same design as a CMC switch. The place I bought the switch from now has this fan (curved blades) for sale, which has been there for about 6 years. I think this fan has been manufactured in the 1980s or 1990s. Here are some pictures of the fan (curved blades) in the same place where there was the Vent-Axia. Like I said, there were 5 fans in total, and were removed in about 2008. This picture was taken in 2005, and as you can see the fan looks quite old. The switch for this fan was OX, like most of the other switches in this building. Notice the canopies and the blades look like older CMC canopies, but the motor is similar to SMC. This fan had a defect that made it spin very slowly, even at full speed. I have seen this defect in another fan with this motor. ![--------](https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/940x705q90/921/ws5mEI.jpg) ![------](https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/940x705q90/923/KXExt0.jpg) ![--------](https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/940x705q90/923/w0zirH.jpg) ![------](https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/940x705q90/923/mV76Td.jpg) ![-------](https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/940x705q90/921/zt2oG8.jpg) What do you think this fan is please?

Same OEM as the Envirofan Bronze Line; pretty much the same thing except for the canopies, really.

Thanks for posting. It's very closely related to CMC. In fact I'm pretty sure I saw this same CMC variant model in Tchad although most of CMC fans there had the motor with the little tip on the bottom. It could still be an OX from the 1990's but I don't know what OX looked like at that time.
