Does anyone have, or know where I can get, bronze colored fan blade arms that will fit these dimensions? (Picture attached) I know I won't find the exact blade arms, so I'll just have to find something that will fit and is bronze.
I have contacted Tal-USA, and they don't have them.
Thank you so much for your help!

You can buy generic replacement blade arms at Lowes or Home Depot, but they aren't ornate at all and they don't come in bronze. However, Rust-Oleum sells some really good oil rubbed bronze spray paint.

Sorry I'm long in getting back to you, I have been swamped with moving into a new house. I finally got my internet up and running! That is perfectly understandable. We have all gone through busy periods at one time or another. As Cullen suggested, generic blade brackets are readily available. However, obtaining a set that is compatible with your fan’s blades will be far more challenging, as from what I have observed their size is relatively obscure. A helpful tip would be providing any measurements in inches (and fractions thereof), as this will likely broaden your search results To be perfectly honest, with the amount of effort involved in finding suitable blade brackets, I would suggest searching for a new fan. This actually happens to be an excellent period of time when ceiling fan shopping, as many manufacturers are discontinuing models that are too “last year” for the market, as it would appear. In turn, one can buy brand new top-of-the-line lighting showroom-grade ceiling fans and accessories for a fraction of the original cost. In addition to a previous post, below are a variety of links to some FANtastic (pun intended!) deals I have found. Thank you for those links, I love the bronze fans. Do you think the Tiffany tulip lights would work with these fans? I can always keep the fan and just keep an eye out for another for parts. I also found a couple of light kits that might work with the fans you sent the links to. Thanks!

No problem at all Fortunately, the globes from your existing fan are a standard size, meaning that they should work with most universal light kits. At the moment, Emerson appears to be clearing-out a selection of light kits in addition to a handful of their fan lineups. Apparently, this one has been reduced by $50.00... www.ebay.com/itm/Emerson-F450-Gilded-Bronze-4-Light-Premier-Ceiling-Fan-Light-Kit-Fitter-/381415247954?hash=item58ce1ed052:g:4z0AAOSwiLdWA~jq

Out of curiosity, how is the search going for a blade bracket? Was a replacement ever obtained, or did you simply purchase another fan (s)?

I found a set of five on eBay, right here in Texas, too! I hit the Buy-it-Now button as quick as I could. $25 for all. I'm definitely doing a happy dance tonight! pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=221995377035&alt=web

And, is adding a remote a big deal?

And, is adding a remote a big deal? The only big deal is that it's usually hard to shove all the extra stuff into the canopy, but it is definitely worth doing and can be done on your fan. You just buy a universal remote receiver kit. I would recommend buying the Honeywell kit from Lowes that comes with both a remote AND a wall control (Unless you have 3-way switches that control the fan, then this kit won't work.) With this kit, if you lose the remote or the remote breaks, you can still control the fan with the wall control. When you install it, make sure the fan pull chain is set to high speed and the light pull chain is turned on. There's no use for the chains whenever you have a remote on your fan (not to mention I'm OCD), so whenever I put a remote on a fan I usually remove or cut the pull chains.

The ceiling is weird for a fan, with a double toggle light switch to control it. The previous owner indicated the fan was originally tremor controlled, but considering that it was made c. 2003 or earlier, I'm not sure it ever had a remote. The lady that sold it to me said the remote was lost.

The lady that sold it to me said the remote was lost. Is it possible to confirm if the cable going to the box is 14/3 (has an extra red wire in addition to the usual white and black)? With the double-switches, I would suspect that it would indeed be wired for a fan/light, however that in and of itself is no absolute guarantee. If your setup does indeed include fan/light capability, I would replace one of the switches with a speed controller and the other with a dimmer instead of using a remote control kit.
