The blades and brackets on the last GE vent are off an ornate Original / Original conversion kit.

That first picture has an interesting install, I've never seen the fans installed in line with the lights so closely.

This room was on a higher level than the others, and the ceiling heights were all the same, so it makes sense that they were flush.

Yeah. It was an old store, but the fans look rather recent in this section. I would guess 80s, more or less. However, even if the fans were put in 10 years ago, if they were used at all they probably would have accumulated quite a bit of dust by now.
