The Encon Nuvo is quite cool and the Hunter Studio Series looks like to be pull chain. It has nice glossy blades.
These Canarm bottom mount spinners were not called Galaxy at that time.
Your doubting the upscalness of theses 4-speed SMC? It it was a brass model it would be worth getting.
Wow it looks very nice the Canarm Imperial with chrome brackets. It's original because these brackets are unique to this model. It's something that newer models seems to have.
Yes, that is a Monte Carlo, A pretty cool model too.
Kendal Studios are cool fans.

The Encon Nuvo is quite cool and the Hunter Studio Series looks like to be pull chain. It has nice glossy blades. You're right about the Hunter Studio Series. Title fixed. These Canarm bottom mount spinners were not called Galaxy at that time. What was the model name? Your doubting the upscalness of theses 4-speed SMC? If it was a brass model it would be worth getting. No, I was quoting you The polished brass ones do indeed look the best. Wow it looks very nice the Canarm Imperial with chrome brackets. It's original because these brackets are unique to this model. It's something that newer models seems to have. It would have been much nicer without the white blades in my opinion. The Imperial was discontinued a few years ago. Also, a few other Canarm models used this type of bracket. Yes, that is a Monte Carlo, A pretty cool model too. Agreed. That would have been back when they still sold some decent fans. Kendal Studios are cool fans. Especially new at that price!

I don't think theses Canarm bottom mount spinners had a specific name. A lot of fans in the 1980's and 1990's didn't had names.

Quite an interesting fan, the last picture is the only one worth looking at though. I never understood how people post such blurry pictures thinking that's acceptable. Do they own a tripod? Must have been something good Hunter (aka not an Oakhurst or the like) since its already gone At least he can take pictures! While these fans may be cheap, I've always liked the stamped steel pretzel brackets. I've heard of the model before, I can't comment on its quality but I don't think it looks too spectacular.

Which, the HighLite or the marbled housing? Also, I suspect a lot of those pictures are taken with phones that utilize "auto stabilization." Must have been something good Hunter (aka not an Oakhurst or the like) since its already gone. Probably. I didn't even see that until now. Thanks for pointing that out though!

Nice, I'd pay $10 for that. Not familiar with the brand though, are they any good? Yet another fantastic picture! Does their camera have a viewfinder? My style fan, but too pricey. And, the picture would appear as though it was taken by someone who is blind... Which, the HighLite or the marbled housing? Also, I suspect a lot of those pictures are taken with phones that utilize "auto stabilization." There's more than one fan there? I thought it was all the same fan. Well, I guess that's just another testimony of the quality of the pictures. They must be pretty bad if you can't tell their contents. Whatever the last one was, which looked like the marble one, I thought was pretty neat. Image stabilization can only compensate so much, it cannot fully correct someone's lack of abililty to use a camera. This phenomenon can be seen all throughout YouTube...

Nice, I'd pay $10 for that. Not familiar with the brand though, are they any good? Oh yes. They're very solid fans. I actually have one of these 42" versions in antique brass. Yet another fantastic picture! Does their camera have a viewfinder? I guess not... My style fan, but too pricey. And, the picture would appear as though it was taken by someone who is blind... The price and picture are both a bit ridiculous... There's more than one fan there? I thought it was all the same fan. Well, I guess that's just another testimony of the quality of the pictures. They must be pretty bad if you can't tell their contents. Whatever the last one was, which looked like the marble one, I thought was pretty neat. Yes there is believe it or not! The marble fan is quite nice. Image stabilization can only compensate so much, it cannot fully correct someone's lack of ability to use a camera. This phenomenon can be seen all throughout YouTube... That is very true. The fact is though, image stabilization can sometimes make the picture appear out of focus, even if it is "stable."

The fact is though, image stabilization can sometimes make the picture appear out of focus, even if it is "stable." There could also be an auto-focus issue, this is another technology which doesn't work with stellar accuracy which is why I like my camera which has manual focus. It may be a pain sometimes when recording videos, but it saves a lot of aggravation.

Yup: There could also be an auto-focus issue, this is another technology which doesn't work with stellar accuracy which is why I like my camera which has manual focus. It may be a pain sometimes when recording videos, but it saves a lot of aggravation. Oh yes! My camera has auto-focus which can be amazingly annoying. Thankfully, Sony was smart enough to include a manual focus feature. Then again though, there is no way to disable auto-focus (or at least, without voiding the warranty).

Looks like a pretty good unit, blade pitch is decent and goes reltively fast. The light kit looks pretty nice, I like those shades which have a little color to them, some amber bulbs would do it much better than those ridiculous swirly ones... Are those pullchains and light origial to the fan? Oh yes! My camera has auto-focus which can be amazingly annoying. Thankfully, Sony was smart enough to include a manual focus feature. Then again though, there is no way to disable auto-focus (or at least, without voiding the warranty). I've found that auto-focus can be next to useless at times when trying to record moving things like ceiling fans. My camera is so old that it has a lense you have to physically turn to focus it, can be quite a pain at times but in the end you always get a good focus so I guess its the better of the two options.

Are those pullchains and light original to the fan? Thanks! I was thinking the same thing with the amber bulbs, however I'd wire the light kit to a dimmer before installing any incandescent bulbs. No, the pendants appear to have been added by the previous owners. I've found that auto-focus can be next to useless at times when trying to record moving things like ceiling fans. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Manual focus definitely seems like the way to go!

Thanks! I was thinking the same thing with the amber bulbs, however I'd wire the light kit to a dimmer before installing any incandescent bulbs. No, the pendants appear to have been added by the previous owners. Why would you want a dimmer on it? I'd rather have a three-way function chain on it. That's kind of unusual to have any pendants come with used fans, the one ones on there look good.
